EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Software Developer I:
- Bachelor’s Degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology or a closely related degree in a closely related filed OR Associate’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology or a closely related degree in a closely related field with 1 years for programming or front end development experience.
- 1 year programming experience in .NET, C# and/or ASP.NET is preferred.
- 1 year front-end development experience in HTML5/CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and/or Angular framework is preferred.
- 1+ years of D365 F&O development experience is preferred.
- General knowledge of Webservices such as RESTAPI, JSON or SOAP.
- General knowledge of databases, preferably SQL or T-SQL.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Technical Facilities Engineer is a critical role for maintaining Midco’s facilities. This position is responsible for planning, building, coordinating, and maintaining the technical facilities portfolio and helps keep Midco as a leading internet service provider in the Midwest.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that structures are physically sound and capable of supporting the electronic equipment housed within it. Facility must meet all local, state and federal codes.
- Confirm that facilities have sufficient cooling and heating to keep the temperature at an acceptable and constant range at all times and in all areas of the facility and within racks.
- Ensure that buildings have sufficient available power including Generator and UPS loads. The electrical system needs to be stable and conditioned with proper grounding and surge suppression.
- Confirm that the correct power is available to support new equipment as it is installed.
- Ensure buildings have the proper security in place to prevent unauthorized access and is well lit.
- Budget, design, and manage projects related to technical facilities.
- Ensure facilities have sufficient means for suppression of fires.
- Manage the installation of racks and raceway.
- Develop, expand and improve the existing procedures and practices to continually incorporate the latest findings, highest standards and best practices in the telecommunications industry.
- Work closely with the NOC to ensure critical parameters are being monitored by the NOC.
- Provide training to those that manage the day-to-day operation of the sites and those that work at the sites on all relevant systems.
- Perform technical facility site audits.
- Manage vendor relationships relating to facilities management. This includes, but is not limited to electrical, UPS, HVAC, generators, plumbing, snow removal, lawn care, garbage service, security service, and parking lot maintenance.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with the Technical Facilities Manager regarding any potential or outstanding problems or issues.

JOB PURPOSE:
Lead network implementation and engineering field trials in Midco’s production network. Provides MOPs and standard configurations for use by other teams. Assists with network design and troubleshooting of complex network issues not resolved in Tier 1/2 support.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Actively manage the design and maintenance of the Midco network. This includes, but is not limited to: LAN, WAN, and MAN networks, routers, switches, and optical shelves.
- Execute MOPs to implement network changes.
- Working knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, TCP/IP, OSI Model, Multicast, SNMP, and other commonly used networking standards and protocols.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to meet business goals.
- Communicate and maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation for passwords, diagrams, security, etc.
- Ensure proactively that the Midco network is secure from outside attack or penetration.
- Proactively plan for future capacity and execute related action plans.
- Work independently on large projects to augment networks, drive network standardization.
- Share in-depth knowledge of the Midco network and its components within team.
- Engage vendors to assist in testing new products and troubleshooting network issues.
- Ensure viable disaster recovery and back up plans are in place for all network elements.
- Propose development of system utilities and tools to enhance network performance metrics visibility.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

- Associate’s degree in related industry and/or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 7 years of network engineering experience required. Previous experience in telecommunications industry preferred.
- CCNA or JNCIA required.
Network Engineer II-Architecture:
- Associate’s degree in related industry and/or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 9 years of network experience. Previous experience in telecommunications industry preferred.
- CCNP certification required.
Network Engineer III-Architecture:
- Bachelor’s degree in related industry and/or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 11 years of network experience required.
- CCNP or JNCIP certification required.
Network Engineer IV-Architecture:
